At Dhanu, we accept exchanges only in cases of damage or wrong item/size received. Please read the following guidelines carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

📹 Unpacking Video Required:
For all claims related to damage, defect, or missing items, an unpacking video is mandatory. This acts as proof of the issue.

📞 Contact Us:
Send the unpacking video and clear photos showing the damage or defect to our support team via:

Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

📦 Shipping the Return:
After shipping the return parcel, share the courier receipt with us. We’ll reimburse the shipping charges.

Note: We do not offer courier pick-up services. Please use a third-party courier for returns.


Received the Wrong Item or Size?

If you received the wrong item or wrong size, please follow these steps:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

  • After shipping, send us the courier receipt. We’ll reimburse the shipping charges.

Note: No courier pick-up services are available.


Return Terms & Conditions
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Exchange or replacement policy

Exchanged or replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days from date of receiving the damages or wrong dress


Steps to Return an Item

1️⃣ Contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Ensure the item is in original condition.
3️⃣ Securely pack the item and send it to the address provided by us.


Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email or phone whether the return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, you will be:

    • Provided with an exchange, OR

    • Given store credit equal to the product’s value if a replacement is unavailable.

    • In some rare cases, a refund may be issued.

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
